Is everything next day delivery? All in stock beds are available for next day when you order before the time stated on the item. You may also choose a date more suitable in checkout.
All mattresses are in stock for next day delivery, any exceptions which is very rare will be clearly stated.
For beds when you click more details it will clearly state if in stock, if not what day they are due in. Any sizes stated as in stock are available for next day delivery.
If your bed is not in stock you may still order and we will secure one for you and send out the day received.
Who are you? We are a family company and have been in beds and mattresses for many years. We have a retail store in addition to our large warehouses. Our top three basic principles are only ever give the best customer service whether it be before or after sales, give our customers the best value possible and always be approachable and friendly.
We pride ourselves on a personal service, from the family who are hands on, and our highly trained staff. We are not an impersonal call centre, we don't pay a centre to answer calls on our behalf. When you call us you will speak to one of the family or a member of our team. Our team will never push you to buy something and no one has targets to achieve or receive commission.
Our consistently high levels of customer service and quality of products offered has ensured that we often have repeat customers and many through recommendations.
Are my items guaranteed? Yes every item comes with a minimum one year guarantee. Any longer warranties will be stated on the items.
Can I pick up my items? Yes of course, it's probably best to order by phone as we book deliveries as soon as your order is received. This way we can discuss what time as we will need to get the items from our warehouse to our store so please allow 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept? We can offer you the option of secure payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Solo. Please phone for Maestro. We can only process American Express or Eurocard payments via Paypal, however you do not need to create an account to do so. Paypal is also an option for existing Paypal account customers.
Which ever option you choose your details are secure and encrypted and guaranteed to be 100% safe. We don't have access to your card details, Sagepay request authorisation and fraud checks with your bank by encrypted bits. If all okay we get a reference number from your bank for authorisation.
My item has arrived and a part is damaged/has a fault what should I do? This is a rare occurrence as we provide extra packaging protection to prevent this and use a fantastic, independent courier. However if you do experience any problems please contact us straight away and we will rectify this for you as soon as possible. It goes without saying free of charge.
You may off seen other stores stating that if you sign as fine you have no come back. We would appreciate you giving the boxes a once over and if they are damaged sign as such. However if you don't experience any problems you can be assured we will sort it out for you.
Do you accept returns? Yes if you change your mind please contact us to arrange collection of your items. We will arrange a day suitable to you. Please keep the items in the box until you are sure you want to keep them.
We haven't had any returns in the last few months, however if we do we won't ever sell them online. We would sell them in our retail store as a return. I just thought this worth mentioning as I wouldn't like to receive a returned item.
How do I place my order? When you click on a category this shows all our items within the range. You can click on more details or the title to view a full description with dimensions etc. If you click on the photo this shows you a larger picture.
The drop down you see shows you the sizes available for that particular bed or mattress. When you click more details you will see we check stock level daily to keep you informed of availability for next day delivery.
For customers who are returning after making their minds up or price checking etc, you can quickly select your size and click the buy now button without clicking more details.
It's just the same if you click on more detail, down the bottom of the page you can select your size or relevant option and click buy now button.
When you are finished click the trolley on top left hand side where it says view cart and this will take you to your shopping cart to review your order is correct. You can remove items there and change quantities. You can return to the store at any time and your items will remain in the cart unless you clear your cache.
You can choose to pay via debit/credit card or pay pal, this will take you to our secure server. You can also if you prefer to place your order over the phone you can call a member of our team. Everyone is situated in our Cheshire Centre attached to our showroom, with our own team working alongside us.
