Do you provide a free delivery service?

Yes, absolutely! All of our standard delivery options to England, Wales and South Scotland are free, although the estimated delivery times will vary, depending on your product choices. Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands will incur a delivery surcharge of £80. We DO NOT deliver to the Isle of White, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly or any other off-mainland Isles. Find out more about our delivery options here.

What other delivery options do you have?

We provide a range of delivery options, depending on your purchase. Some products will give you a choice of delivery options, whereas some will simply specify the estimated delivery time in the product description. Find out more about our delivery options here. Please check the product description carefully to ensure you are happy with the estimated delivery lead time. You are of course welcome to call us to discuss an existing order or arrange delivery date. You can contact us here.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?

No. We do not currently offer delivery to addresses outside of the UK. If you would still like to arrange a delivery outside of the UK, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

How do I arrange for my delivery?

We will call you to arrange a suitable delivery time and date, once your order has been processed. Please ensure that you provide us with a contact number at checkout.

Can I collect my order from you myself?

Yes, of course. If you would like to arrange collection of your items yourself, please let us know when we call to arrange delivery and you are more than welcome to come and collect your purchase from our Wirral showroom.

Do I need to be at home for the delivery?

Yes, as the delivery will need to be signed for. We would also recommend being there for the delivery to ensure that your items are delivered in pristine condition and that they fit in your room of choice. We can not be held liable for delivered items not fitting and returns will not be accepted for this reason.

Can you assemble my bed/furniture for me?

We can offer a delivery and assembly service on some of our items, although availability may vary depending on areas and workloads.

Can I return my items if I don't like them?

We cannot accept returns on any beds or mattresses that have been slept on, obviously due to hygiene reasons. We will accept returns for any items that have not been used and come in the original packaging.

Can I return my items if they are faulty?

Yes, if it can be proven to be a manufacturer fault and your item is still under warranty, we should be able to arrange for a replacement. Please let us know as soon as possible, if you think there may be a fault.

Does my purchase come with a guarantee?

All of our products come with a guarantee, although the length of the guarantee will vary between 1-10 years, depending on the manufacturer.

Is it too late to change my order?

This will depend on which point of the process your order is. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes to your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can you advise on what is the best bed or mattress for me?

Yes, of course. We would be delighted to help. Choosing the right mattress can often be a daunting task. We are here to help. Please give us a call or contact us here if you have any questions. In the meantime, check out our handy mattress guide here.

I have a bad back. What sort of mattress do you recommend?

Opinions vary on this one. Some people swear by a firm mattress, but this is not always the best option. There is no one-size fits all with beds and it is always best to try out some beds and do plenty of research before jumping into a purchase. Firmness is not everything and we wouldn't want you to make the wrong decision. Getting a comfortable mattress that is supportive in the right areas is key, especially as you will be spending so much time sleeping on it. If in doubt, give us a shout.

Can I try a bed before I buy?

We have a fantastic showroom in Hooton on the Wirral. You're more than welcome to come along and try out some beds before you make a purchase. Find us here.

My new bed has a bit of an odour. Is this normal?

Some residual odour may be detected after unwrapping your new bed. This is perfectly normal and should not be any cause for concern. Leave your bed and mattress unwrapped in a well ventilated room for a few hours and you shouldn't notice any more smells coming from your lovely new bed.

I have noticed a discolouration of my memory foam mattress? Is this normal?

Memory Foam mattresses will sometimes discolour after use. This is a natural occurence due to perspiration and will not affect the performance of the mattress. We would always recommend using a mattress protector with a memory foam mattress to prevent this.

My bed is squeaking. What is causing this?

First off, try to isolate where the squeaking is come from. It could simply be a metal bracket or castor that needs lubricating with a spray of WD40. Please make sure you have checked the bed thoroughly before reporting it to us as a fault. If you still think that it is a fault with the bed base or mattress, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

My mattress appears to have a dip in it. Is this normal?

Many of today's mattresses consist of upper layers of soft fillings. These soft, sumptuous layers tend to compact and settle, especially in areas that are exposed to body weight. This is to be expected, although we would always recommend following the manufacturers care instructions and ensure that you turn or rotate your mattress regularly.

What do you do with my contact information?

We may contact you from time to time with news or promotions. You will be given be the opportunity to opt out of these communications at any time. We will never sell your details on to third parties.

Is your website secure?
